On Saturday afternoon we were invited to a congregation barbecue.It was held in a forested area in the mountains in the middle of the island near the ancient town of Betancuria.
All the facilities were provided by the council - barbecues, picnic tables, sinks, water, children's playground, forest walks and all other necesities.
Paul was the in charge of the cooking - and a brilliant job he did too!
Brian and Manfred (a brother from Germany) brought their guitars and entertained us throughout the afternoon.Don't forget to watch the video below!
