Our Latest Visit

We arrived back yesterday, bought a paper at the airport and discovered that one of my photos was used for the cover of Spectrum in the Sunday Times Magazine - fame at last!

As you can see, the cats have grown bigger and are all doing very well!

The natives seem to have grown a bit too!
This hasn't been manipulated, they really are this size!

We had a nice drive around the island and revisited my favourite windmill.

This is at Los Molinos, where we had lunch accompanied by a motley assortment of cats and ducks (and a large white hen!)

A barbary ground squirrel (chipmonk) near Casa del Coroneles at La Oliva.

Stacks of stones near El Cotillo.

We watched the sun setting over the sea - beautiful!

The shipwrecked pirate boat at Baku.

It's a bit of a mess inside!

Outside this seal is showing off her newly manicured nails - did you know they actually had nails on their flippers?

Did you know that raccoons eat fish (and carefully wash it before they eat it?)

There were lots of other animals but I don't want to bore you so I will leave them for another time!
