Here, in Fuerteventura, they don’t just have children’s playgrounds but also play areas for older people with lots of weird & wonderful devices - such as this!


When we first read the notice we thought this contraption must be intended to counteract the results of the sin of eating too many calorific puddings!
(It really just advises you to pedal at a comfortable pace without overtiring yourself.)

On Saturday evening we were invited to a party at Kate & Clive’s beautiful villa at Calderetta to say goodbye to Denise & Brian who will be returning to the Isle of Man after working with the congregation here for 4 months.
